IT Support Technician

Resources will perform the following activities:
Use of the ticket handling system to process, prioritize, document and ensure timely resolution of all incidents and requests in line with established service level agreements and to the customer's satisfaction.
Troubleshoot technical issues, determine root cause, resolve and implement relevant corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
Escalate critical or reoccurring issues to the appropriate IT resolver team and to IT management.
Deploy, move and track and IT hardware and software assets and follow all asset management procedures.
This includes imaging systems, deploying software and wiping systems.
Maintain network and telephony cabling and provide hands-on support for network, server, storage and telephony systems under the direction of the infrastructure team.
Supports all business units including front office and warehouse/logistics as well as remote employees.
Provide hands-on support for video conferencing systems, audio/video equipment, copy/print/scan equipment and other specialized IT equipment.
Act as site IT contact for service vendors and escort vendors at the site as required.
Work closely with IT team members and other support functions with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
Work on site IT projects as required/assigned.
Follow Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures.
Ability, willingness, and flexibility to come in early or stay late depending on the level of the need.
Location:
Mansfield Ohio 2 months with possibility of 6 months Part-time 1 time per month must make a trip to Texas and is paid full day Job Type:
